Reinstall built in bluetooth on a HP laptop

My bluetooth places wouldnt open for some reason, so i uninstalled the
bluetooth device on my hp laptop. then i tried reinstalling it and the web
service couldnt find it. How do i reinstall and why wasn't the 'my bluetooth
places' opening when it used to

Usually you get a drivers disk/CD with laptops. You should find all
required drivers on that disk. Else contact HP for to get the files.
