Regular Icons to Animated Icons

How do I change a regular desk top icon to an animated
icon? I keep getting a message that it is not a ".icon".
Would appreciate help on this; Thank-you.

Hi, You need an animated icon "utility" which will

enable the changing, search "animated icon utility".
