I created a graph on powerpoint. I ungrouped the graph so I could
individually manipulate some of the information. Now I cannot reactivate the
data view sheet so I can add another line to my graph. I also cannot get it
to regroup as it was when I initially created it. PLEASE HELP!

When you ungroup a graph, you convert it into a set of shapes that happens to
*look* like the same graph, but there's no longer any data behind it, and
there's no longer any connection to MSGraph, the "mini-application" that created
the graph for you.

You'll have to re-create the graph from scratch, I'm afraid.

What most of us do when we need to make edits like yours:

- Duplicate the graph and drag the dupe off the slide so it doesn't appear in
slide shows

- Ungroup the original and make any edits we need, then select all the pieces
and group them again

- When/if more edits are needed that involve going back to the original data,
delete the ungrouped version, drag a new duplicate of the original from the side
of the slide back to where the chart belongs and ungroup/re-edit it.
