I'm receiving the blue screen and REGISTRY ERROR when I plug our new camcorder into the USB port of my computer and turn on the USB Streaming feature. I'm never given the chance to install the new hardware and I receive the same screen when I try to install the software that came with the camera. What should I do?

Could you please post the Stop Code that accompanies the BSOD? With that
your problem could be isolated.

please post the exact error message and any error number that your screen display
Also, you might want to look up the manufacturer of the device on the internet, go to their site, and look thru their troubleshooting information.
