Registry size errors

I have recently rebuilt several of our terminal server
boxes. Since that time the clients attempting to login
are receiving a registry size error messges, which, is
preventing them from logging into that particular box.
The current registry size isn't even close to the maximum
registry size setting. Please help.

What service pack are you running? Does this happen with
all users, admins included? Does this happen if you give
the users a new profile?

SP4 and this occurs with all users including admins
logged on locally, which, crosses five total boxes...

What's the current size of the registry versus the maximum
amount?

Current size approx 90 and the max is set at 320.
