Registry Policy Settings for MSPP2003

Does anyone know how to change the registry policy settings for MS PowerPoint
2003? For some reason, I'm just now having an issue opening attachments sent
to me via e-mail. When I try to open an attached file, a dialog box appears
with a message indicating that file Iʼm attempting to open is blocked by my
registry policy setting. This is weird since up to now, I have been able to
open all PP 2003 attachments. I've tried saving the file to a folder in My
Documents and still have the same problem. I've also tried changing the
registry policy settings as directed by MS Help & Support at
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922847/ and that didn't work. I've also
installed MS Office 2003 SP3 as well as MSPP Viewer and Office File Converter
Pack, but none of these have solved the problem. Any assistance would be
greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Steve, I just found out from the person that sent them to me that the files
in question are not 2003, but PPT 7 for Win 95. I'm still not certain how to
remove the registry policy restriction on these files in order to open them.
