I switched my PC on today and I had an error message saying one of my
registry files had been deleted but my computer managed to recover it. The
problem is that when I go to start any program it takes a long time to open
them, but when they do eventually open they work fine, I have ran spyware and
anti virus checks but they have not recovered anything.

How can I rectify this problem?

Regards

Craig

Run "sfc /scannow" to check all system files. If any bad sfc should recover
it. If you haven't use this, go to dos mode first and type "sfc /?" for
instructions.
