Registry Error Stop:0x00000051

Help pls,

i am using WinXP SP1, suddenly when i boot into XP i get
a blue screen Registry_Error Stop:0x00000051.
I tried to rerun setup by booting from WinXP cd , but
problem occurs after i press F8. The Registry Error
screens comes out..

Can anyone help pls...

Hi Taurarian,
Thanks for replying, guess theres no way to recover it.I
boot up with another hdd and copy all my data off it.
