Will some kind soul be kind enough to tell me the location to turn off "animate
windows, menus, and lists..." or close under display properties.

Didn't do it for me
But I haven't researched the ResKit as of yet
The entry at present
0000 B0 00 00 00
I suspect the right entry will take care of it.
Right now the checkbox reverts back to a half grayed over (checked)
