How do I back up my registry? I do not have a "backup"
choice under systems tools. Thanks!

The easiest way is to create a restore point. Restore points include your
registry as well as key system and user files.

Start > Run > type: Regedit > click: File > left click: Export > Browse to
......wherever, floppy, desktop, some other place on your hard drive, etc.
Just remember where. Save.
