On July 31 I attempted to due get the latest updates from MS. As a part of
the process I was directed to download new update software. I then received a
request for the Certificate of Authentication information that is on a
sticker on the bottom of the laptop. I shut the computer down and copied the
data but now when I try to get to the download screen I keep getting a
message that the MS server is busy and to try later. I have tried a number of
times but still keep getting the same message. I don't have the same problem
with the desktop in our house. In fact I never received a prompt to provide
the data for that machine.
