I bought a Toshiba and it does not have access to
internet.I want to register xp that came with it but no
one helps. It can only be registered on the internet. I
have tried on my desk top but can not find a place to do
it.

Do you want to Register or Activate? These are different things but some
people use the word Register to mean both. Activation is mandatory in order
to continue to use Windows XP after the grace period has expired.
Registration is optional. If you do not have an internet connection you can
Activate by phone. Go to Programs->Accessories->System Tools->Activate
Windows then follow the prompts to activate by telephone. You should be
presented with a number to call.

You should not need to do so on a machine that comes from a major maker
like Toshiba with XP already installed. The Activation will have been
done already, by locking the system to the BIOS of the machine. Only
worry about activating if it starts to put up reminders about the need
to do so
