I'm trying to get a look at a corrupted registry, but when
I try to unload the current regestry I get: "Access
Denied. Insufficient privilege to unload the key." I'm
logged in as Admin, what's the problem?

It's not possible to unload the registry while the operating system is in
use (the option is grayed out anyway). It's also probably not possible to
load a corrupted hive.
