regedt32 error

Cannot open a register key. It is causing an error when I try to install Nero 6 Ultra Edition. I've tried the permission instruction to no avail. I'm able to delete all other Register keys pertaining to Nero and Ahead software. I use find nero in regedt32 it will stop on the folder HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\CLASSES\NERO COVER DESIGNER.TEMPLATE and give the message Error while opening key

Is there some reason you cannot use regedit instead of regedt32? I
personally like regedit better.
 
I get the same result from regedit and regedt32.
The error message is "ERROR WHILE OPENING KEY.
