I would like to change a few of the windows Windows XP and Vista registery
settings such as the ones that I have listed below, but I ws not able to
locate the same ones in Vista. Please advise

You will need to create the POLICIES\EXPLORER key then the DWORD's in there

Do it through Group Policy because it's much easier & you never need to
worry then
