Regarding Win 2K Server Startup Error

Sir,

Whenever i am booting my win2k server, it shows the
following message (i.e)

"Atleast one service (or) driver failed during system
startup. Use event viewer to examine the event log for
details".

How do i overcome this problem? Because, till the time my
startup applications are ideal. So that i takes more time
to boot.
 
Why not go to Start | Settings | Control Panel | Administrative Tools |
Services and identify which service is set to automatic and does not have
the word started in the line? Or go look at the Event Viewer and tell us
what it says?
