Refresh rate options have gone

Hi
I reinstalled windows Xp, over the top of the existing xp
to fix some glitches.Now i cant find anything except the
driver for my Nvidia mx440 video card, no options no
file, nothin.Also in control panel, I cant set a refresh
rate for my monitor, it just says set to default, with no
other options.
Any help would be great cos my eyes are hating this
flickering screen.

I have same problem... had to reinstall XP Pro ... now the
screen refresh is horrible especially with scoll wheel
mouse... as noted below, there are no options. Also,
hibernate disappeared upon reinstall.
