refresh rate again.....

I posted here yesterday, and got a few answers on how to
change my refresh rate, but when i go into display
properties, then settings, advanced, then monitor, the
only thing i can click on is the default setting, and
thats it! i cant click on anything else. I still need
help badly. (i think you might have to read my first post
in order to understand this one.)

It would be a good idea to reply to those who tried to help by posting back
to them in the original.. starting a new post is not good.. that way, others
would not have to look back to find out what you originally said..
