Refresh problem

A friend is having this problem and I have tried all the advice I can think
of. I manage a web site for her and when she logs on she cannot see the new
info. I have had her delete temporary internet files, synchronize, change
her temporary file setting to check for changes every time, and to log on to
the embedded page directly. Oh yes, she has tried the simple refresh
option.

Any suggestions?

Try deleting the TIF folder (cache) it may be corrupted.

Also, just on principle, set the TIF folder size to about 50-60 MB. Larger
caches are more prone to corruption.
