Refresh one frame refreshes entire frameset

When I try to refresh a frame in IE6 (Win XP) the
intended frame doesn't refresh. Instead the entire
frameset is refreshed.

Please help me with this anoying problem!

What are you doing to try to refresh the frame?
Do you have a sample link which demonstrates the problem?
