Frames?!

Well, I have a bit of a problem.
I role play online in chat sites that use frames. Just recently I had opened
one of the RP rooms and the top frame came up as it usually does but the
bottom frame was blank. The site had finished loading and I hti refresh,
still a white bottom screen. I viewed the source and it said...
(("<html><head><title>Kielder Highlands</title></head>
<frameset cols="100%"><frameset rows="32,120,*" FRAMESPACING=1 BORDER=1>
<frame name="INFO"
src="/chat/kielderhighlands/OPTIONS?&MODERATOR=&VERBOSE=1&HISTORY=20&USER=Marked+Vagrant" scrolling="NO" marginheight="1">
<frame name="BANNER"
src="/chat/kielderhighlands/BANNER?&MODERATOR=&VERBOSE=1&HISTORY=20&USER=Marked+Vagrant" scrolling="AUTO" marginheight="1">
<frame name="BODY"
src="/chat/kielderhighlands/BODY?&MODERATOR=&VERBOSE=1&HISTORY=20&USER=Marked+Vagrant" scrolling="YES">
</frameset></frameset>
<noframes><body>
Frames are required, sorry folks.
</body></html>"))

I have experienced this problem once before and I had to reboot my entire
system, erase everything and start anew to get it working again. A friend had
said that my frames function got disabled and I have yet to find where it
could be. Please tell me where and how I can fix this problem.

Try right-click Refresh instead?

Again, you're using the global command, Alt-V,c?
That gives you the source for the frameset, as you can see.
Right-click, View Source would give you the source for the frame.
BTW it would also give you the URL for the frame in its Properties
so you could open it in its own window, if you don't have any better
ways of doing that.

Since you can already see other frames from the frameset
that idea seems incorrect.

My guess is that there is something odd about the frame.
If refreshing it by itself doesn't help post the full URL
(if it is a publicly accessible site) and perhaps someone
will have some more suggestions for you.
