Reformatting 2 harddrives with XP

Has anyone tried reformatting 2 harddrives on their
computer with XP? I like reformatting my harddrive every
year, but I am hesitant now with 2 drives and XP security.
 
Two drives is no different from one, in a formatting stand point.
