Reformatting, which copy of xp do I use?

I am reformatting my harddrive and reinstalling Windows
XP Home. Problems is I have 3 computers and 3 windows xp
installation disks and I cant remember which one goes
with which computer. Does it matter which one I use? If
so, how do I know which one came with which computer??

Should not matter, however the regester key to activate
windows will most likley aready be in use. You will have
to call microsft tell them you reformatted your pc they
should give you a knew key.

Do you still have Windows XP on the three machines?
Finding out which CD goes with which computer will be
quite simple, if you download and install the free
keyfinder software found at this website:

Even if the OP has XP on the two other PC's he/she can figure out which one
to use through process of elimination.

felt pen and mark some identifying info on each of the
three CDs while there is easy access to the key number
for each?
