reformating

I want to reformat my secondary harddrive in which my OS is not installed.
how could I do it.
 
My Computer - right click the drive and select format

Or

Start - run - cmd (or command if not XP) enter
type format d: (assuming D: is your second drive!)
 
If it shows in my computer,R.click on the icon,then select,format.Otherwise,
go to run,type:diskmgmt.msc In msc,R.click on it and format.
