reformat

i re installed win xp and now i cant get the graphics to
run right on the game that i play, somebody told me that
i have to re format my computer and i have no clue how to
do that, i need help!!!!

Hi,

Since you just reinstalled your Windows have you made sure that you have the
lastest graphics drivers for your graphics card? You can check the
manufacturer of your graphics card's website for the latest drivers.

Do not reformat. That's the old Win9x method of dealing with problems, and
a totally unnecessary recommendation with Windows XP. Do as Gary suggested,
figure out which graphics card you've got in there, then go to the
manufacturer's web site and download the latest one. They'll probably have
installation instructions, so follow those strictly, and you should be okay.

There should be no reason to reformat your hard drive
because your graphics card won't work. Try the web site for
the manufacturer of your graphics card.
