Reformat 2k

Hello! I have a 2k upgrade disk. I upgraded from windows
98 to windows 2k. I bypassed the option to reformat when I
upgraded. But now I want to do so. Is there any way I can
reformat with just the upgrade disk?

I also have a windows ME disk. Is it possible to install
that, and then upgrade with the win2k upgrade disk
(reformatting in the process)?

An answer to either of these questions would be greatly
appreciated! Thanks in advance!
 
Type "convert /?" at the command prompt for instructions on converting FAT16 or FAT32 partitions to NTFS
