Where is the best area of these cartridges to enter and inject ink when
refilling?

I have seen three different areas pictured in "HOW TO" web sites.

Two of them are on the top and sealing only one of the two holes with tape.
...... But in different areas of the top of the cartridge

One of them is from the bottom and then using a rubber plug sealing the
cartridge.

While it seems that the leaking troubles would be less of an issue by
entering the top of the cartridges...
.... all three warn of 'air blance' after refilling.

I'd highly reccomend avoiding the headache and getting refillables.
You can get the sponge type which doesn't suffer the issue so vacuum
filling such as needing the right 'air balance' or the stopper becoming
dislodged and making a mess. You can get the sponge free type which
are at least clear and you can determine, provided you have proper
instructions, the right air balance from site rather than guessing. If
not refillables than a CIS.

Vacuum bottom filling would seem to be the most ideal if you must
experiment.

NONE

THESE ARE THE UNPROFESSIONIAL RELABELERS. THE CRAP THEY SELL CAN EASILY
RUIN AN EPSON PRINTER UNLESS YOU PRINT ALL OF THE TIME AND THEN YU MAY
HAVE PROBLEMS

As opposed to what, professional relabellers?

You can't say they sell crap because you simply don't know.

Some aftermarket ink vendors do sell a quality product average users will
satisfied with.

I DO TOO. AND YOU CAN BUY CRAP FROM ONE OF THEM AND FIND OUT IT IS CRAP
AND THAN BUY WHAT YOU THINK IS SOMETHING ELSE FROM ANOTHER ONLY TO FIND
OUT YOU BOUGHT THE SAME CRAP CAUSE THEY WILL NO DISCLOSE TO YOU WHAT YOU
BOUGHT.

WHEN DID YOU FALL ON YOUR HEAD. IT MUST HAVE BEEN A TRAUMA
