referenced memory?

I was trying to install Merriam-Webster Dictionary with
Audio and I installed the Dictionary but the audio did not
install. A window pops up with "the instruction
at "0x772200e4' referenced memory at "0x001634d0". The
memory could not be "read". On the top of the window it
says iKernel.exe. Can anybody help. We are operating
Windows XP and my computer is 5 months old.

I got that same error with another program I was running. It gave me
that error when I tried to run the program logged on as administrator,
but would work fine if I logged on as any other user. I have no idea
what caused the problem on mine unless it was a conflict with another
program running.
