Referenced Memory Error opening SMS Remote Tool from IE6

When trying to Remote in to a customer computer with SMS Remote Tool in IE 6.0, I keep getting eror messag
" The instruction at 0x7c3412bb referenced memory at 0x013cde9c. The memory could not be "read".
Click OK to terminate " And I cannot use Remote Tool.
