Error message when I close IE6

Everytime I close IE6 I get this message:
The instruction at "ox6...." referenced memory at "ox6..."
The memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate the progran.
This is becoming annoying. How can I resolve this? Thanks very much.

Hello,

Try running it with add-ons disabled. Start Internet Explorer as normal,
Tools, Manage Add-ons, Enable or Disable Add-ons.

Disable all the add-ons.

Close and restart the browser. Does the problem re-occur? If yes, enable
them one by one till the problem appears and you get the culprit.

If no, remember to still enable back the add-ons or you may lose some
browser functionality.
