Error message when exiting IE6

Help! I have Windows XP and using IE6. Everytime i close
my browser there's an error message:

"The instruction at 0x77f57bd2 referenced memory at
0x02200010. The memory could not be read. Click ok to
terminate program"

Anybody who can help me fix this issue.
