IE6 Error on Closing

Each time I close IE6 I get the following error message.
Here is message verbatim:

"The instruction at 0x03c44213 referenced memory at 0x034d57d0. The memory
could not be read.
Click OK to terminate the program."

When I click OK, it exits without further incident. Why does it do this???

No one cause. Typical causes include:

1. virus or other form of malware
2. faulty RAM
3. other software interfering with Internet Explorer (e.g. ad blocker,
anti virus/spyware)
4. "You may receive a "The memory could not be read" error message when
you click certain Web site links in Internet Explorer 6"
