Hi, My work is asking me to log into Microsoft outlook web access to receive
my emails. Trouble is, I keep forgetting and i'm missing important emails.

My question is, is there any way I can have this mail automatically sent to
my normal Outlook mail box?

If exchange server is involved, set it there: send the mail to both your
(private) email address and your business address.

Email isn't actually sent to outlook, or outlook web access, it is sent to
the exchange server, the you access it either through Outlook or OWA. I
sounds like your company does not provide a network connection that outlook
uses to the exchange server when you are outside the office, so in order to
get at the email, you need to use OWA.

Exhange, by default, is set to disallow forwards and replies to the internet
so forwarding from Exchange to your home email will not work.
