Red x Show Pictures

About 80% of the time I surf, there is this red x where a picture should be and
when I right click and select show picture they appear, or they appear when I
hit F5/refresh. I checked my show picture settings and also my Temporary
internet cache file is clean as well as my temp files. I'm using XP Pro SP2,
Sygate firewall and Admuncher pop up stopper.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.. BTW, this occurred with SP1 also.
