Red X for pictures in print preview and printing - web page shows

I have an issue on another employees PC where a picture shows up on a web
page but when I go to print preview or to print the page, a box with the red
x appears in the corner instead of the image.

I have made sure that the settings are set to display images in IE. I have
tried upgrading from IE6 to IE7 with no luck. Even went back to IE6 with no
luck. I have even gone as far as to reformat the PC and still no luck.

The page works and prints fine on my PC. The kicker is that I tried Mozilla
and that works fine - print preview and printing. So there something jacked
up somewhere.

Does anyone have any ideas what else it could be?
