Print preview is not available for HTML formatted items

Hello,
When printing from IE6 or Outlook XP on Windows XP, all I get is a blank
page. The web site address is printed across the bottom of the page, but
nothing else. When I try to do a "print preview" function, I get an error
"print preview is not available for HTML formatted items". Any ideas on how
to solve this?
