little red x's in OE6

I received an email from X-10.com and all the pictures in were little
red x's.
One of those pictures are important. I have all my security settings
set to
allow me to receive and display images. Other email messages I've
received
previously show the pictures.

What do I need to do to get the images to display properly?

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook
97/98/2000/2002/2003/2007 from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.
