Red flag is lost when mail is forwarded by Outlook 2003

Hi all,

the subjects almost says it all. When we have a mail marked with a red
flag and forwarded this with Outlook 2000 the red flag 'stuck' to the
mail in the recipient's mailbox.

After upgrading to 2003 when we forward a mail this mark is lost and the
mail arrives unflagged.

We need this to indicate that a mail is already processed (archived) and
the forwarding is as a matter of record only. Any way to keep the flag
with 2003? (on an Exchange 2003 with all SPs)

Thanks,

Christoph

This information might be stripped from the mail by yours or other ISP's;
try send the mail in Rich Text format as follow:

-Create new mail and set the "follow up" flag and add a receipient
-In the "To:" field, double click the email adress, click the drop-down list
box "Internet format", choose "... Rich Text format" and try again.

If the above works, then you can i.e. do this in the same way for each of
your contacts email adress for every contacts in your contact folder.... if
you catch my drift :)

Regards,
Robert.
