Recycling Bin Madness

I seem to have a file called Dc1 in my recycle bin. It won't go away because
it's :write protected or in use.

Any ideas on what it is and how to get rid of it??

Don't know what it is but if you go to safe mode F8 at

boot up you can search for anything and delete it. Hope
this helps.
