I have windows XP on a laptop and desktop.
My problem is this: When I delete a file and It asks if i
want to send it to the recycle bin and I reply "yes" the
file never appears in my recycle bin. It is always empty.
I have set it up to use one setting for all drives and at
50percent. the default was much less but I chgd this to
see if it would help. What am I doing wrong to cause my
recycle bin to always be empty? Gary

Right click on your recycle bin and choose properties, make sire "Do not
move files to the rec. bin" is NOT checked.
