Recycle Bin

Is there a way to recover the recycle bin? I right clicked intending to
empty it and hit delete instead? Help!
 
Right click Desktop > click Personalize > under 'Tasks' > click Change
Desktop Icons > uncheck and recheck the 'Recycle Bin' icon > click OK.
 
You can right click your desktop, click Personalization, then on the left
pane click "Change desktop icons". Check "Recycle Bin" and click ok. That
will restore your bin.
