Go here http://www.winhelponline.com/articles/142/1/ and download the reg
fix to remove the delete option from the recycle bin right click options.
Then, in the future, you will not accidently "delete" the recycle bin itself
from the desktop.

Yuk , I hate system restore , that just means you messed up somewhere . LOL
