Recycle Bin

Some how something got changed and when I delete something it goes right past
the recycle bin and disappears. Does anyone know how to get it back the
right way?

Right click on Recycle Bin, left click on Properties, this should open the
Global tab. Uncheck the box against Do not move files to the Recycle Bin.
Left click on Apply, then same again for OK. Test if it is working OK by
deleting an unwanted file.
