recycle bin, vista

dear sirs/madam,

request your kindest assistance, everytime i empty the recycle bin, the
graphics does not change, it still looks full. only when i refresh it the
graphics changes, now it looks really empty, hope anyone could
plssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss,

My OS is vista home premium. Here is the step by step to get your recycle
bin back : ---
1. right click on the desktop (open spot), click Personalize
2.look to the left of the window, find CHANGE DESKTOP ICONS, click that
3.you'll see 2 pictures of the bin, one is Full, the other is Empty. Click
the Full one, then click Change Icon
4.again 2 pictures of the bin, click the Full one, then click OK
5. Repeat step 3 & 4 , Except this time click the Empty bin.
6. click APPLY, then click OK
You have a " normal " recycle bin back. Please tell me if it works .
