recycle bin problems

I installed windows xp in my computer (brand new) and I
can not find the recycle bin anywhere. Not in the bottom
right or anywhere else. All I find is Norton Protected
recycle bin and some kind of wizard to unerazed protected
files. Please help

If you have Norton AntiVirus Pro (Or other norton programs) installed then
Norton takes over controling your recycling bin. Contact Norton for
support.

Remove/Disable Nortons Protected Recycle Bin ASAP for best results or
you will be very SORRY you didn't follow my advice.

Replace/Repair the Recycle Bin (Line 64)

Add Empty Recycle Bin to the Right Click (Line 21)

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
