Recycle Bin Problems HELP

Hello. I accidently deleted things from my recycle bin that should not have been. Is it absolutely true that I cannot get it back now, or do you know of a way to work around it. HELP

You may be able to recover those files using a 3rd party 'Undelete' program:

Hi Thanks but my problem is that I deleted my internet Icon and now with the restoration program I cannot find it. Is that bad? I have to delete that internet server completely but I just deleted it from the recycle bin, and did not know that I was supposed to go into my control panel and remove the program from there.

What exactly did you delete from the Recycle Bin? 'Internet Icon' - do you mean Internet Explorer?

Right-click on your Desktop and choose Properties. Click on the Desktop
tab and then the Customize Desktop button. Select the "Internet
Explorer" checkbox and click OK.

If that fails, just make a shortcut to "C:\Program Files\Internet
Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" and use that.
