Recycle Bin issues

When I delete files, they don't go to the Recycle Bin. They get deleted
without going to the Recycle Bin. I have it unchecked in the Properties for
not moving deleted files out of the recycle bin. I have done the Recycle Bin
registry restore thru Kellys-Korner.com. I don't know what to try next. Any
help would be appreciated!!!!!!

Unfortunately, that didn't fix the problem. The files I delete don't go to
the recycle bin. When deleting, it asks if I want to permantly delete
instead of sending the deleted file to the recycle bin.

Sounds like the "shift key" is stuck.

Okay......I have exactly the same problem as Jeff and I've tried all I know
to fix it. Other than reformating my hard drive does anyone have any other
suggestions. Also, when I open ANY folder now the smaller window on the left
of the opened window shows 'Folders' (like...Desktop, My Documents, My
Computer, etc.) and there is nothing I can do to get it back to normal.
This shows up each time I open any window.
So......any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
