Recycle Bin icon on Desktop
always shows as though it has items
in it even when empty.
Tried TweakUI repair > Rebuild Icons.

Ant suggestions please ?

It is possible that, if a file was deleted by someone else and you are not
logged in as administrator, then it would show files in the Recycle bin, but
you would not see them because you would not have access to restore them.
Try logging in as Administrator and see what you can see.
