Recycle Bin Icon gone!

After attempting to install Symantec's Norton Internet
Security 2005, the recycle bin icon vanishes from the
desktop. Installation failed as well. Not a good night
all in all...

I just tried to install Norton Internet Security 2005 in the last two
days - the thing just failed! The install just simply does a quiet
fail, i.e. bombs out without message after a few seconds.

I am angry. There is NO SUPPORT for this problem - their knowledge
base does not answer anything about failed installs, and even better,
because the product failed to install, it's not on your system, and
YOU CAN'T EVEN GET TO THEIR EMAIL TECHINCAL SUPPORT SECTION.

I don't know if they are a public company, but I'd say NEVER buy from
them again and if they are public, DUMP their STOCK!

I'm going for a refund....

I have Symantec Internet Security 2004 Pro and the recycle bin converted to
the Norton Protected Recycle Bin, which automatically deletes files once a
week or so.
You can still access your Recycle Bin by going to My Computer and clicking
the address bar and select "Norton Protected Recycle Bin."
