Recycle Bin doesn't open

Hi,

My computer recently had a memory dump and i no longer
have access to my recycle bin, every time i click on the
bin icon i get a message that says "windows cannot find
UE32.EXE."

Does anyone know how i can get my recycle bin back please?

Hello Joe,
This happens When you uninstall Norton Utilities, registry entries are
left behind that reference Norton Unerase (Ue32.exe).

hi,

thanks for the reply but it doesn't work, i've
uninstalled norton then gone to re-install it and it sayd
there's an error with NAV

I'm really confused over this now
